  Our factory is located in Shanghai.,30 Minutes from Hongqiao airport. Convenient location enables us to deliver goods in time and makes it more effective for factory visit or business meeting.

• Factory Advantages/Description
  We have a comprehensive QA system to ensure our quality. For raw materials we will make 100% QC which we call IQC. During production process, we will make 100% QC for each print, and emb. panel before sewing, which we call IPQC. Then we will make 100% QC for all finished products, which we call FQC. After packing our QC team will open the cartons and make the inspection according to AQL2.5, which we call OQC.

• Machinery/Production Process
  We have advanced production machines including auto eyelet machines and auto embroidery machines. Most of our workers have more than 5 year’s working experience in the field of cutting, stitching, finishing and packing.
